Position: Receptionist (Part Time)
Salary Range: $15 - $18 hourly
The receptionist position requires prior work experience, computer proficiency, general knowledge of office equipment and clerical work (answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, screen visitors & filing). The candidate will be responsible for purchasing office supplies, church materials, furnishings and contacting vendors. The candidate must be able to multitask, meet deadlines & assist with the distribution of food and clothing from church pantry.
Proficient computer skills and applications
Ability to multitask
Prior work experience in field
Candidate must be an active member and committed to the vision and mission of the church.
Candidate will work closely with the Office Manager
