Receptionist

Qualifications/Requirements

Position: Receptionist (Part Time) 

Salary Range: $15 - $18 hourly 

General Description: 

The receptionist position requires prior work experience, computer proficiency, general knowledge of office equipment and clerical work (answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, screen visitors & filing). The candidate will be responsible for purchasing office supplies, church materials, furnishings and contacting vendors. The candidate must be able to multitask, meet deadlines & assist with the distribution of food and clothing from church pantry.  

 

Qualifications: 

  1. Proficient computer skills and applications 

  1. Ability to multitask 

  1. Prior work experience in field 

  1. Work independently  

  1. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) 

  1. Candidate must be an active member and committed to the vision and mission of the church. 

  1. Candidate will work closely with the Office Manager
