Lead Pastor Ronald & Emma Squibb

Hi, my name is Ron Squibb; I have been the Lead Pastor of ICC since May, 2011. I have been married to my wife, Emma, for over 30 years. We have two children and five wonderful grandchildren and they all live in Massachusetts.
We have been in ministry for over 30 years. We have ministered in Pennsylvania, New York, and prior to coming back to New York we were in Massachusetts for over 20 years. I grew up in Massachusetts.
I love sports of all kinds and enjoy being active. I have played basketball and softball for many years. I am an avid New England fan and follow the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and the Bruins closely. My other hobbies include working out, running, reading and traveling with my wife!
We count it a great privilege to serve ICC and Staten Island! We welcome you and invite you to visit us at ICC. We are the Church that is Reaching the City and Touching the World.
Associate Pastor Ricardo & Carmen Cruz
Richie Cruz is the Associate and Spanish Campus Pastor at ICC. He has an immense desire to see people connect with God and develop authentic relationships. He and his wife Carmen have been married for over 30 years, and have four daughters and eleven precious grandchildren. They both pastor and serve the Spanish Campus’ faithfully every week with great heart and passion for the ministry.
Pastor Eric & Beth Webb

Eric Webb is the South Campus Pastor at ICC. He and his wife Beth have been married for over 14 years, and have one son and one daughter. They are a blessing to the community of Staten Island and to ICC. Eric and Beth are very much involved in outreach to the community, including leading the homeless ministry. They have a heart for reaching the lost, meeting the needs of hurting people and seeing others draw closer to Jesus.
Kelly Park
On any given day, you might find me buried in a book at Barnes and Noble, tending to my backyard vegetable garden, or grabbing a bite to eat with my two daughters, Clara and Candice — and of course, sharing the word of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior! My husband Joon and I have lived in Staten Island for 25 years and have a big heart for our borough. We have been blessed and honored to be serving the Lord by pastoring the ICC Korean campus since 2012. We work everyday to realize the vision God has placed in our hearts: to raise up an army of prayer warriors and to train up true disciples of Christ.
Kids & Youth Leaders
Director of Children's Ministry - Julissa Lopez
Julissa Lopez is the Children’s Director at ICC. She and her husband Oliver have been married for almost 20 years, and they have two sons and one daughter. They have been a wonderful blessing to ICC. They continually bring new, fun and creative ideas to incorporate Biblical teaching, in and outside of the classroom. Julissa has a master’s degree in social work from NYU. She faithfully overseas each campus’ children’s ministry with a heart to see young people come to know Jesus and His love personally, through the moving of the Holy Spirit.
Youth Pastors - Pastor Rory McManus
Rory is the Assistant and Youth Pastor here at ICC. He attended Northpoint Bible College. Rory oversees all aspects of the Youth and Young Adult Ministries at ICC. He passionately works alongside the his team members to help them discover their purpose and make an impact in the city. Rory is passionate about discipleship, team training & campus development and management.
